The Wretched are scattered throughout Eversong Woods and lack any general leadership, except a few that step up and organize raids and plans. The Wretched inflitrate the Ruins of Silvermoon and other former blood elf areas. Gershala Nightwhisper believed these mutatinos would take place before the Outland conflicts. They are new because they were born after the Sunwell was corrupted. They have similar affects as the naga and satyr. Fel elves turn into wretched after being emacipated. In recent months it has been confirmed high elves can turn into wretched too. Kael'Thas Sunstrider made new wretched who looked different and were stronger.
